Brian M. Garvine has been practicing law for over 20 years.  In December 2008, he opened his own law firm.  His law firm specializes in civil litigation.  The firm practices business, consumer, construction, employment, personal injury and administrative litigation.  The firm also practices class action litigation.  Brian has been admitted pro hac vice to practice law in various other state and federal courts.

Brian has served as an arbitrator.  He is a former member of the Village of Ashville Council where he served as President pro tem.  He currently serves as the Personnel Director for the Village of Ashville.  He also serves as the Magistrate for the Village of Ashville Mayor’s Court.

Education – The Ohio State University, 1992, BA – Sociology; University of Toledo College of Law, 1997, JD, Member – Law Review, Moot Court.

Brian has appeared on national and local media.  He is of counsel to The Law Offices of Daniel R. Mordarski, LLC.  He enjoys playing golf, reading and exercising.  He competed in his first Ironman triathlon in 2010.
